Modular Process Skids
Combine equipment, structural fabrication, electrical components, controls, and project-specific assembly into modular process skids built for faster installation and coordinated delivery.
Why Direct
Move More of the Build Off-Site
Process skid fabrication helps project teams coordinate equipment, structure, electrical work, and controls before the system reaches the field. Direct builds around real equipment layouts, service access, transport needs, and installation requirements so more of the package is assembled and checked before delivery.
- Mechanical, Electrical, and Controls Coordination
- Built Around Equipment Access and Serviceability
- Designed for Transport and Field Installation
- More Assembly Completed Before Delivery
Our Capabilities
Process Skids Built Around the System
From pump and filtration skids to equipment modules and integrated process assemblies, Direct coordinates skid fabrication, equipment mounting, electrical components, and delivery requirements as one package.
Skid Design and Structural Fabrication
The skid structure is developed around how the equipment needs to fit, move, and function in the field. Frame design, access, lifting, service clearances, and transport requirements are worked into the build so the finished skid is easier to place, connect, install, commission, and support.
Equipment Mounting and Mechanical Assembly
Pumps, filtration equipment, instruments, valves, and utility components are integrated into a single modular equipment skid. Equipment spacing, access, serviceability, and field connections are considered before shipment so more of the system arrives assembled and ready for installation.
Electrical and Controls System Integration
Control panels, VFDs, instrumentation, cable routing, and supporting electrical components are coordinated into the skid before delivery. Our team plans mounting, routing, and connection points so electrical and controls work fits the equipment package and installation requirements.
Factory Assembly, Testing, and Delivery Readiness
Factory assembly brings major skid components together in a controlled environment where labeling, shop checks, documentation, lifting, transport, and site-placement needs are reviewed before shipment. That leaves fewer details for field crews to resolve during installation.
Reduce Field Work and Simplify Installation
Completing more of the physical build before delivery reduces the amount of assembly and coordination left for the field. It also gives project teams a more complete, organized package to receive, place, connect, and support during installation and startup.
Reduce Field Assembly
More of the skid arrives fabricated, mounted, and coordinated, leaving less work for field crews to complete during installation.
Keep Installation Organized
Equipment, electrical, and connection requirements are coordinated before delivery, giving the site team a clearer path to startup.
Support Repeatable Deployment
Standardized skid designs make it easier to reproduce similar equipment packages across products, facilities, or future project phases.
