This award is presented to employers who show unwavering commitment to supporting our current service members and veterans in the workplace. This leadership by Paul has paved the way for Direct Companies to be a place that service members can feel welcome and not worry about their job while serving our country, as Paul said after receiving this award, "all our service members deserve all the gratitude for their service and dedication to our country." Even though Paul did receive this award it's important to remember that it symbolizes the sacrifices made by our service members and veterans.
