That is why, to meet this challenge, we're proud to announce the creation of our Experience Team, a dedicated group focused on enhancing both our internal teams and the external aspects of Direct Companies!
This new initiative is led by our Vice President of Experience, Marcia Schmitz, who brings years of expertise in leadership, human resources, sales, and customer relations. Marcia's role is centered around developing stronger internal processes, fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture, and ensuring our clients consistently receive exceptional service as we continue to grow.
